Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SUDDA X CHEATZ (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Access to reseller accounts is provided only to approved users.

2. About the Platform

SUDDA X CHEATZ is a reseller portal that provides digital license keys and related tools to registered resellers. Resellers purchase license keys using a wallet balance and may distribute them according to the rules of each product.

3. Accounts

  • Reseller accounts are created and approved by the Platform administration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your username, password and purchase PIN confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Wallet & Top-Ups

  • Wallet balance is added only after a top-up request is verified and approved by an administrator.
  • Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and EzCash unless stated otherwise.
  • Wallet balance has no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. License Keys

  • Keys are delivered instantly after a successful purchase, subject to stock availability.
  • Keys are for the duration selected at purchase and for lawful use only.
  • Sharing, reselling outside your rights, or abusing keys (including chargeback fraud) is strictly prohibited.

6. Pricing

Prices are set by the administration and may change at any time. The administration may assign special (custom) prices, tiers, discounts or coupons to selected resellers. Such special pricing applies only to the resellers it is assigned to.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, chargebacks after receiving keys, or false payment receipts.
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts without permission.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Platform. Decisions regarding bans and wallet balances in such cases are at the administration’s discretion.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party games or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate your reseller account, wallet and key deliveries.
  • To verify top-up payments and prevent fraud.
  • To provide support and send service notifications.
  • To maintain security (rate limiting, blacklists, audit logs).

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in protected cloud infrastructure (Firebase) accessible only to the Platform backend and authorized administrators. Passwords are stored as encrypted hashes. Payment receipts are used only for verification.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your dashboard theme color. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only disclose information when required by law or to protect the Platform from fraud and abuse.

7. Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for fraud prevention. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us; deletion requests are handled within a reasonable time, subject to legal and fraud-prevention requirements.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

License keys are digital products delivered instantly. Because they cannot be “returned”, all sales are final except as described below.

2. Faulty or Non-Working Keys

  • If a key does not work as described, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof (screenshots / error details).
  • Verified faulty keys are replaced with a working key or credited back to your wallet at the price you paid.
  • Issues caused by misuse, bans by third-party games, or expired durations are not eligible for replacement.

3. Wallet Top-Ups

  • If a top-up payment is not approved (e.g. receipt invalid or payment not received), no balance is added and there is nothing to refund.
  • Once balance is credited after verification, top-ups are non-refundable and can only be used for purchases on the Platform.
  • In exceptional cases (duplicate payment proven with bank confirmation), a refund may be issued at the administration’s discretion.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as wallet credit within 7 days. Wallet credit is the default method.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving keys or wallet balance results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of balances.
